The Residence
Fully renovated and thoughtfully furnished, Westview pairs a light-filled, modern main level with a warm, lodge-style suite below. Each space is designed for ease, with room to gather and room to retreat.
Mornings begin in the sunroom with the Front Range before you. Evenings end by the fire or out on the deck as the light fades behind the Flatirons. For the length of your stay, it's a private retreat, reserved for your party alone and never shared with other guests.

Upper Level
Walls of glass frame the mountains across an open living room, dining area and chef's kitchen. Refined finishes throughout, a fireplace for winter evenings, and a primary suite with a private sitting area and spa-like bath.
Sunroom & Deck
Wrapped in glass on every side, the sunroom brings the mountains indoors. Step out onto the elevated deck for morning coffee in the crisp Colorado air, or a quiet moment as the sun sets over the Flatirons.
Lower-Level Suite
The walk-out lower level is a self-contained one-bedroom suite with warm wood paneling, a brick fireplace, its own living and dining area, and a full kitchen. Ideal for family, close friends, or anyone who values a little extra privacy.
